Taking time to go on a personal creativity retreat is a fabulous way to reconnect with your inner spirit.  It’s giving yourself the gift of time by getting away from distractions and daily life responsibilities.  A retreat may also be necessary when you are feeling stressed, too busy and burnt out.

I am facilitator of this Soulful heART Retreat offering participants the opportunity to tune into their imagination/intuition – by listening to the sound of their heart and soul.  We’ll begin with opening mini-motivational discussions about expressive arts and the intuitive painting process… learning how students5to follow our energy while painting.  You’ll learn to hold space for each other with compassion and kindness.  Music, short meditations, and movement will be used to help everyone experience the mindset of BE HERE NOW!  Two intuitive painting sessions (morning and afternoon) will provide participants plenty of time to bravely enter into their own portal of creativity and imagination.

As your Expressive Arts Facilitator, I create a safe space for participants to be seen and heard for their unique, amazing, creative, imaginative self as they tap into their (Portal of Creativity) and inner spirit with compassion and love using the process of Intuitive Painting!

During this retreat participants will concentrate on getting in touch with their (EMOTIONS = energy in motion) and create a critic free zone instead of focusing on the end painting product!  This retreat is located in a charming studio where everyone is welcomed and invited to (kick off their shoes… if wanted) and make themselves at home.  Participants will have plenty of opportunity to experience being in a creative circle, connect with new friends, enjoy delicious meals, explore a wonderful tranquil farm with spiritual garden, explore lovely water areas, enjoy golf cart rides, walk/hikes, watch the sun set, and sit around bonfires at night.

Participants will learn to experience ongoing spiritual healing in their life using expressive arts and intuitive painting process and be encouraged to devote time for art making practice after leaving the retreat.
